Process

Five steps from inquiry to handoff.

The same path for every package. The delivery date on your quote starts the business day after your inputs are in.

  1. Step 01

    Send a short inquiry

Name, email, and a few lines about what you need.

Pick a package if you know it. If not, describe the problem and we will suggest one.

You get a reply within one business day with either a fixed quote or two or three questions.

    You
    Send the inquiry.
    Northline
    Reply within one business day.
  2. Step 02

    Approve a fixed quote

Price, delivery date, and exactly what is included.

The quote lists the deliverable, the price, the date, and what we need from you.

Approve by email and pay the 50% deposit. That reserves your production slot.

    You
    Approve and pay the deposit.
    Northline
Reserve the slot and send the intake questions.
  3. Step 03

    Intake

A short call or written answers, plus your materials.

Launch Site customers get a 30-minute call. Other packages usually work from written answers.

The delivery clock starts the next business day after your inputs are in.

    You
Answer the questions, send logo, photos, and access.
    Northline
Confirm the delivery date in writing.
  4. Step 04

    Review the full draft

You see the finished thing, not a sketch.

Sites arrive as a working preview link. Copy, briefs, and visuals arrive as files.

Collect feedback from everyone on your side and send it in one pass.

    You
Send one consolidated set of changes.
    Northline
Apply the revision round and return the final.
  5. Step 05

    Handoff

Files, access, and a plain-language guide.

Sites go live on your domain and hosting. Documents arrive in editable formats.

The balance is due on handoff. Anything broken at handoff is fixed free for 14 days.

    You
Pay the balance. Take the keys.
    Northline
Hand over files, access, and the edit guide.

Working rules

Four things that keep projects short.

Consolidated feedback
Collect notes from everyone who needs a say and send them once. Piecemeal feedback slows everything down.
Written scope, written changes
The quote is the contract. Changes are agreed in writing before they are done.
Your accounts, your keys
Domains, hosting, and tools live on accounts you own. We set them up and hand over the logins.
Reply within one business day
Every email during a project gets an answer by the next business day. Revision rounds are turned around in two.

Next step
